CEO of the Year

A NAFCU-member credit union may submit one nomination for CEO of the Year. This award recognizes the accomplishments of your credit union's chief executive officer - the individual's achievements, dedication, and expertise. CEOs are also welcome to nominate themselves for this award.

Judging Criteria

Nominations will be judged based on how well they meet the selection criteria listed below. Your narrative description (required for entry) should specifically address each of these items:

1. Leadership and management ability

2. Ability to coordinate and work with volunteers and paid staff

3. Achievements

4. Contribution to the credit union community

5. Commitment to preserving staff morale and supporting staff education

6. Education and training (for the nominee as well as the staff)
