Professional of the Year

A NAFCU-member credit union may submit one nomination for Professional of the Year. This award recognizes the accomplishments of any credit union employee (other than the chief executive officer) for individual achievement, dedication, and expertise. 

Judging Criteria

Nominations will be judged based on how well the individual meets the selection criteria listed below. Your narrative description (required for entry) should specifically address each of these items:

1. Contribution toward workplace cohesiveness and staff morale
2. Professionalism and specific outstanding accomplishments or innovation
3. Demonstrated commitment to the members/credit union community
4. Solid financial management
5. Willingness to go above and beyond the normal job description
6. Evidence of personal growth through continued education and training (for the nominee)
